Co-Founder & CEO
Türker brings audit experience from KPMG and hands-on insight from the financial services industry. After recognizing the market’s lack of accessible risk management tools, he founded the team to bridge that gap. He drives the company’s strategy, market positioning, and investor readiness.
Ömer Dursun
Co-Founder & CTO
Ömer is an automation and AI specialist with hands-on experience in agentic AI integration and intelligent systems. Previously worked on automation infrastructure for the construction industry and developed AI-driven content creation tools for e-commerce platforms. Leads the development of our technical architecture and AI systems.
Umut Cankat Gül
Co-Founder & CFO
Umut is a former Deloitte auditor with experience in the Financial Services industry and corporate finance. Skilled in financial modeling, risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Oversees the company’s financial planning and risk modeling strategy.
Burak Barlas
Co-Founder & CMO
Burak blends his auditing experience from PwC with a passion for communication and customer insight. He leads marketing, outreach, and client relations, helping investors understand and trust our AI-powered risk platform.
